Minors

Subscriptions and access rights

If you subscribe to www.ats-elearning.com, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use our LMS software for your subscription term. These rights automatically expire when the term of the subscription ends. If you choose not to use the subscription for the entire term, you are not entitled to a refund of the cost paid for the subscription.

If you purchase a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, your subscription will automatically renew every month or year respectively until you cancel it from your account. You can cancel at any time without affecting your existing access.

You may not allow other people, including from within your business/organization or family, to access the LMS via your subscription. You must notify us immediately if you know or suspect that someone else is using your access information.

At our discretion, some users may be allowed access to the LMS on a discounted or complimentary basis, including by redeeming access coupon codes. Such access is non-transferable between users and may be subject to an expiration date.

The website owners (IA-Advanced Telecom Solutions, LLC) reserve the right to exclude users from the site and LMS portal if they misuse the platform without justification.

Returns and refund rights

If you choose not to use the service for the duration of the subscription term, you are not entitled to a refund; however, if ATS cannot provide the service purchased, we will refund the remainder of the subscription from the date of refund request.

Access to an ATS course cannot be returned or transferred. Refunds will not typically be provided but may be requested. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of ATS.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to state and federal courts in Houston, Texas. You agree to and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

ATS is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond ATS’s reasonable control. If you are not a resident of the United States of America, in that case, you agree to follow all applicable laws and local rules regarding data transmission from the United States and the country in which you live.

Course retirement

Courses may be retired from time to time at the sole discretion of ATS; this mainly affects technology courses where newer product versions replace older versions but may also apply to other courses.
